  6. Gingko Biloba: Gingko Biloba is an herbal supplement that is not typically found in whole foods. It is available as a supplement in various forms.
  7. Caffeine: Coffee and tea are the most common sources of caffeine. Energy drinks and chocolate also contain caffeine.
