This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose personal information when you use LifeEqualsLove.com, The Reflection Method™, Origins Sessions, the Program Decoder, the Reflective Collective, and related products and services.
1. Information We May Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect information including:

Appointment and scheduling information
Curriculum progress and lesson-access information

Information you voluntarily enter into the Program Decoder

Origins Session information and, with your permission, session recordings

Payment-card information may be collected and processed directly by our payment processor rather than stored directly by Life Equals Love™.
2. Program Decoder Information
The Program Decoder allows you to record information about your experiences, relationships, memories, emotions, and observations.
Because this information may be personal, we encourage you to limit identifying information about other people.
Do not enter another person’s full legal name into the Program Decoder.
You may instead use:
A first name
Initials
A nickname
A relationship label such as “Mom,” “Dad,” “Former Boss,” or “Roommate”
A made-up name
The identifier only needs to allow you to understand whom you are referring to.
You should avoid entering identifying information about another person that is unnecessary for your use of the Program Decoder.
Free Quiz Answers
When you take the free quiz at LifeEqualsLove.com/quiz, we save your answers as you go: the words you choose, anything you type, and your other answers. We also save basic technical information, such as the type of device you used and how you arrived at the site.
You do not need to give your name or email to take the quiz, and your answers are saved without them. We use these anonymous answers to understand how people use the quiz and to improve it.
A cookie stores a random ID on your device so we can tell one visit from another without knowing who you are.
If you choose to create a free Program Decoder account at the end of the quiz, your quiz answers are connected to that account so they are waiting for you in your Decoder. If you do not create an account, your answers stay anonymous. You can also create the same free account from our homepage or our Curriculum page without taking the quiz.
If you create a free Program Decoder account, we send you a short series of follow-up emails over about two weeks. You can stop them at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every one, and unsubscribing does not affect your Program Decoder account.
We use Google Analytics to count how many people reach each step of the quiz. Google Analytics receives the step reached and the type of device. It does not receive your answers.
Please do not type anyone’s full name, including your own, into the quiz.

Provide products and services you request or purchase
Operate the Program Decoder
Save and display your information and visualizations
Track curriculum progress
Determine refund eligibility
Schedule and administer Origins Sessions

4. Curriculum Progress and Refund Eligibility
We may record the curriculum lessons you access, begin, or complete, including the date and time of access.
This information may be used to save your progress, provide the curriculum, improve the learning experience, and determine eligibility under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
5. Origins Sessions
Origins Sessions may involve personal information that you voluntarily share during your session.
Recording
Recording a Origins Session is optional.
If you consent to recording, we may create and store a recording so that it can be made privately available to you.
Declining recording does not prevent you from participating in the session.
Public Use
Consent to private recording does not authorize Life Equals Love™ to publish, advertise, publicly distribute, post to social media, or otherwise publicly use your session.
Public use of an identifiable Origins Session requires separate permission through an applicable PRS Public Media Release.
6. How We May Share Information
We do not sell your personal information in exchange for money.
We may disclose information to service providers when reasonably necessary to operate our business and provide our services, including providers assisting with:
Website hosting
Payment processing
Scheduling
Email delivery
Video hosting and delivery

These providers may process information subject to their applicable contracts, terms, and privacy obligations.

7. Reflective Collective and Community Information
Information you voluntarily post or share in community areas may be visible to other members.
Use discretion when sharing personal information in community spaces.
Although members are expected to respect one another’s privacy, Life Equals Love™ cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain confidentiality.

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, maintain sessions, remember preferences, provide functionality, understand website usage, maintain security, and improve performance.
Where required by applicable law, choices concerning nonessential cookies will be provided.

Our paid products and services are intended for people who are at least 18 years old.
We do not knowingly offer paid Reflection Method™ products or services to children.
If we learn that personal information was collected from a child in circumstances where it should not have been collected, we may take reasonable steps to delete it.
